The fastest way to reach Alberta.Network is to call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. Tell us which Alberta cities you serve and what you'd like to change, and you'll talk with a senior strategist, not a call centre.
What happens next
Tell us the basics
Business, city, website and the problem to solve.
We review it
We look at your site and local search results first.
We talk it through
A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.
Three ways to reach us
- Call (604) 632-4959. Best if you'd like to talk it through now. If we're on another call, leave a short message with your name, business and best callback time.
- Text (604) 632-4959. Best if you're on a job site. A few lines is enough to start.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best if you want to send details, such as a list of cities, a recent ad report or your website address.
All three reach the same place. There are no forms to fill in, and nobody will add you to a mailing list.
What to include in your message
Share whatever you have to hand; every item below makes the first call more specific, and none of it is compulsory.
- Your business name and trade.
- Your home base and the Alberta cities you serve regularly, plus any you get calls from but don't serve.
- Your website address, if you have one.
- What you'd like to change, for example "Calgary ads cost too much" or "we turn away calls from Red Deer every week".
- Rough numbers, if you have them: average job value, monthly ad spend, how many calls you miss.
- When you're easiest to reach.
A sample first text you can copy and fill in:
Hi Ali, I run [Business name], a [trade] company based in [City]. We also work in [Other cities]. Our problem is [one line]. Best time to call is [time].
What happens next
- We reply. Usually within one business day, by the channel you used, to arrange a time to talk.
- First conversation. A free 30-minute consultation for eligible trades businesses. We'll ask about your map, your numbers and your phone handling, and tell you honestly whether we think we can help.
- A written proposal. If it makes sense to go ahead, you get a proposal listing the markets, the work for each, the plan price and how ad spend is handled. Nothing starts until you agree.
Before you contact us
It helps to know what we do and don't do. We are a marketing and business consulting service; we are not a contractor and we don't install, repair or service anything. We don't sell leads or keep a list of member firms. If you're looking for a tradesperson for your home, we're not the right people to call.
If you'd like to read first, the services page explains the work, the pricing page has the plans, and the FAQ answers the common questions. Owners who miss calls while on the tools may also find our sister service CallText.chat useful.
If you're comparing options
You may be talking to other agencies too. That's sensible. When you do, ask each one the same questions: who owns the accounts, how results are reported for each city, what the notice period is and whether you'll speak to the person doing the work. Our answers are on the FAQ page, and you're welcome to put them to us directly on a call.
If you're a tradesperson looking for work
We're not hiring trade crews and we don't place workers with firms. If you're looking for an apprenticeship or a job in an Alberta trade, the province's apprenticeship and industry training pages are a better starting point.
Who you'll be talking to
Alberta.Network sits within the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group, runs from its Vancouver, British Columbia headquarters and answers to Ali Sedighi, MBA. His digital marketing career spans 17+ years, and 150+ live HVAC websites carry his work. You can read more on the about page.
Frequently asked questions
When are you available?
Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 Pacific, which is 10 to 7 in Alberta. We usually reply within one business day.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. If your trades firm is eligible, the first 30 minutes on the phone are free, and you're under no obligation afterwards.
Can I just text?
Yes. Texting from the truck between jobs is fine. Include your business name and the cities you serve, and we'll reply by text or call, whichever you prefer.

Yes. Alberta owners can consult with us in person or by video call, as well as by phone, text and email, and you get a senior strategist on every conversation.
